NO SCHOOL TODAY! :'D I haven't had a break in like... over a month. Me, ~burningmice and my bro are gonna hang out today. x3 And hopefully monday too, if it doesn't rain...


I had to do this YPI thing... Youth Philanthropy Initiative for my Civics class. Pretty much choose a grassroots charity, and then each school receives $5000 for the group who's presentation was the best. Me and my friends were in a group... and out class only had 2 weeks to do it because the presentations were May 14th... Two of my group members didn't want to do the presentation because we were picked for the finals... So I thought it over and came to the conclusion that there was no point in doing it with two people. It was 3 against 1, but that 1 member still wanted to do it.

My civics teacher then came to my Spanish class, pulled me out into the hallway, and talked to me for 10 minutes. X_X; He was threatening me with my mark. The finals shouldn't affect your mark, but he told me it would if I didn't do it. WTF? And then he even went as far as telling me he'd get my rents involved. I was ticked off. I wanted to cry so bad, because I didn't want to do this. OUR PRESENTATION SUCKED SO BAD. >__> We didn't win obviously, cause we got 2 weeks and a lot of the other groups got a month because they had Civics first this semester and not Careers. I had Careers first, so I only had 2 weeks to do this project. My friend's group won though, so I was happy for them. I still want to hurt that ONE PERSON THOUGH. >______> Made me seem like such a bad person. It wasn't fair... he told the other people it was their choice but I GOT NO CHOICE. X_X; I'm so glad it's over though...
